Temporary processing by default

Guest contracts and analysis reports are not saved. Completing an Individual or Business review also does not save the contract or report by itself. Account and quota metadata are separate from contract-content storage. Explicit saved-content features require configured encrypted storage and account or workspace authorization.

• Temporary extraction and indexing are cleared with the request or session lifecycle.
• Raw IP addresses are not stored.

Identifiers are masked before AI processing

Detected personal identifiers are replaced locally with request-scoped placeholders before any contract-derived context reaches Mistral.

• The outbound privacy guard fails closed when a detected original remains.
• Temporary mappings are never persisted.

Saving is a separate, explicit choice

Save analysis retains an encrypted masked result. Save contract & analysis also retains the original source only where encrypted storage and the relevant account or workspace policy permit it.

• Nothing is saved automatically.
• Saved items can be deleted explicitly.

Evidence keeps its original language

Contract quotations remain in the source language and stay separate from generated explanations.

• Follow-up questions use the validated result rather than re-reading the original contract.

Regional inference is a configuration, not a compliance claim

Aletura is configured for Mistral EU regional inference. A regional endpoint alone does not establish unconditional end-to-end EU residency, Zero Data Retention or legal compliance.
