Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless you give at least 30 days’ notice before the current term ends.
You could be billed for another year without a reminder, even if you’re no longer using the service.
Ask about the deadline
Confirm how and when to give notice, and whether a shorter term is possible.
Term and Renewal
8.2.1 Initial Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months (the “Initial Term”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
8.2.2 Automatic Renewal. Unless either party provides at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the end of the then-current term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms on the same terms and conditions.
8.2.3 Renewal Changes. Acme may update pricing for any renewal term by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.

Compare 2–3 agreements to understand differences in payments, obligations, deadlines and exit conditions, with the supporting passages from each document.
Which documents can I compare?
Versions of the same agreement and contracts of the same type can be compared in detail. Related, different or uncertain document types receive a general overview. Differences between contract types are not presented as improvements or deterioration between versions.
Upload order stays visible
Aletura may suggest a likely chronology, but it never silently reorders your documents.
How comparison worksDesigned to minimize data exposure.
Guest use requires no account and creates no saved contract or report. Account and quota metadata are separate from contract-content storage. Signed-in analyses remain temporary unless you explicitly choose Save. Save analysis retains the masked structured result; Save contract & analysis also retains the original source under account or workspace authorization. Unmasked extracted text, identifier mappings and temporary indexes are not retained.
Detected personal identifiers become request-scoped placeholders before Mistral processing. Optional restoration happens locally after the response.
Original uploads remain temporary unless you deliberately choose Save contract & analysis. Save analysis retains only the masked structured result.
Important findings retain source references, and quoted evidence remains in its original language.
The default endpoint is Mistral EU regional inference. Verify the active deployment configuration; a regional endpoint alone does not establish complete end-to-end residency.
Review contracts in their original language.
Evidence stays in the original wording. Report output is configured for English, German, French, Italian, and Romanian. Full end-to-end language quality is not yet independently validated.
Detection has limits. Automated masking cannot guarantee that every sensitive value will be identified. Avoid uploading highly sensitive information that is not necessary for contract analysis.
Structured review for common agreements.
Known agreement types receive the universal framework plus specialist checks. Other documents still receive a general structured review.

Frequently asked questions
What is a contract analyzer?
A contract analyzer examines an agreement for important terms, obligations, costs, deadlines, risks and missing information. Aletura uses a predefined structured methodology rather than relying on a single summary prompt.
How does Aletura scan a contract?
Aletura extracts native text and uses local OCR only for image-bearing PDF pages that need it. OCR text must pass a readability check, then detected personal identifiers are masked before any text is sent for AI analysis. Unreadable pages make the analysis incomplete rather than silently disappearing.
Can Aletura identify automatic renewal and cancellation deadlines?
Yes, those are explicit review topics. If the evidence is missing, contradictory or depends on another document, the report keeps that uncertainty visible instead of treating silence as safety.
Can Aletura compare two contracts?
Yes. You can compare two or three documents. Aletura checks whether they are likely versions, same-type offers, related documents or different contract types before deciding how detailed the comparison can be.
Which contract types can Aletura analyse?
Aletura has specialist frameworks for rental, leasing, purchase, services, membership, SaaS, NDA, employment and consulting, financing and insurance agreements. Unknown documents receive universal and general checks.
Which languages does Aletura support?
English, German, French, Italian and Romanian report output is configured. Source evidence stays in the original language. Detailed validation status is published with the methodology.
Does Aletura store my contract?
Not by default. Guest work is not saved, and signed-in work remains temporary until you choose Save. Save analysis retains the masked structured result without the source file. Save contract & analysis deliberately retains the original source under your account or workspace policy. Identifier mappings and temporary indexes are never retained.
Does Aletura replace a lawyer?
No. Aletura helps you understand contractual text and identify points that may deserve attention. It does not determine enforceability, predict a court outcome or provide legal strategy.
Can I ask questions after the analysis?
Yes. Ask Aletura uses a plan-controlled question allowance: Guest and Individual default to five, while own-key and Business policies can differ. It does not reread the original contract or override validated contractual facts.
Can Aletura review German, SaaS and rental agreements?
Yes, German report output is configured, and SaaS and rental agreements each have specialist frameworks. Current language certification is not yet validated by a complete benchmark.
