Employment agreements

Understand the commitments in an employment contract

Aletura organizes the contractual terms covering compensation, working arrangements, duties, termination and restrictions without promising jurisdiction-specific enforceability conclusions.

Review the offer and the obligations together

Compensation cannot be assessed in isolation from working time, mobility, expenses, ownership of work, notice and post-employment duties. Aletura brings those connected terms into one review.

What Aletura checks

Review compensation, working arrangements, probation, notice, duties, intellectual property and post-employment restrictions.

Salary, bonus and benefits

Identify fixed pay, payment frequency, bonus conditions, commission, benefits, expenses and provisions that allow compensation to change.

Working time and location

Review hours, overtime, workplace, remote-work terms, travel expectations, mobility clauses and schedule flexibility.

Probation, notice and termination

Check probation length, notice periods, termination triggers, garden leave and duties that apply when employment ends.

Role, duties and expenses

Clarify responsibilities, reporting lines, change-of-role powers, policies, travel and reimbursement conditions.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Examine confidential-information duties and ownership or assignment of inventions, software, documents and other work product.

Post-employment restrictions

Identify non-compete, non-solicitation, non-dealing and confidentiality periods without assuming that a restriction is legally enforceable.

Questions this review can help answer

Compare employment offers or draft versions across compensation, working arrangements, notice, ownership and post-employment duties. Legal enforceability may still require jurisdiction-specific advice.

How it works

How Aletura's contract analysis works

Start with the important terms, then check the source passages and the questions that still need an answer.

  1. 1

    Start with a contract

For this prototype, open the fictional example. Public private-document uploads and live analysis are disabled.

  2. 2

    Understand the important points

Explore costs, responsibilities and dates in everyday language, with the original passages and visible uncertainty.

  3. 3

Know what to clarify before signing

Find specific questions about missing information. Aletura provides information, not professional legal advice.

Privacy architecture

Private by design, with precise limits

Guest use requires no account and creates no saved analysis. Signed-in users may explicitly save an encrypted masked result or, where policy permits, separately choose to retain the original contract with it. Unmasked extracted text and temporary identifier mappings are never saved.

Personal identifiers are privacy-masked locally before Mistral calls. Aletura defaults to Mistral EU regional inference, but the active deployment must be verified and a regional endpoint alone does not establish unconditional end-to-end EU residency or compliance.

Structured information, not legal advice

Aletura helps you understand contractual text and identify terms that deserve attention. It does not decide enforceability, determine which mandatory law applies or recommend a legal strategy.

Report languages

English, German, French, Italian and Romanian are configured report-language and benchmark targets. Their current certification status is not yet validated. Other detected languages use English output where processing is technically possible and are also not yet validated. Evidence stays in its original source language.

Frequently asked questions

What is a contract analyzer?

A contract analyzer reviews an agreement against predefined questions and organizes findings about commitments, costs, risks, rights and exit terms.

What does Aletura look for in a contract?

Aletura checks purpose, parties, duration, money, obligations, liability, unilateral powers, termination, missing provisions and referenced documents.

How is Aletura different from a PDF chatbot?

Aletura performs structured checks automatically. Follow-up questions come after analysis and operate only on validated findings in the returned result.

Can Aletura identify renewal and cancellation deadlines?

It checks for renewal, notice and termination terms and links findings to evidence. Incomplete checks remain unresolved rather than being treated as safe.

Can Aletura compare contracts?

Yes. It compares 2–3 documents after checking compatibility. Full clause-level comparison is reserved for likely versions or agreements of the same type.

Which contract types can Aletura analyse?

Configured frameworks cover rental, leasing, purchase, services, memberships, SaaS, employment, confidentiality, financing and insurance, with universal checks for uncertain types.

Does Aletura store my contract?

Guest contracts and analysis reports are not saved. Signed-in users explicitly choose whether to save only the encrypted masked result or, where permitted, retain the original contract with it. Unmasked extracted text and temporary identifier mappings are never saved.

Which languages does Aletura support?

EN, DE, FR, IT and RO are configured report-language and benchmark targets but are not yet validated by a complete benchmark. Source evidence is not translated.

Can I ask questions after the analysis?

Yes. You may ask up to five successfully processed follow-up questions. Answers use the validated result, not the original contract.

Does Aletura replace a lawyer?

No. Aletura provides structured information and highlights questions, but it does not determine enforceability or provide legal advice.
